How are the meals prepared?
Staff at Dinner’s at 6 hand-assemble entrées daily. We immediately package entrées in either foil containers or Ziploc Freezer Bags to ensure freshness as we then quick-freeze the entrées. All entrées
are frozen when you Pick-Up (please note that some entrées that contain soy sauce or alcohol will not freeze solid).
How much are the packages?
Our Family/Regular Menu has options priced at $185 and $262. Our Lite Menu is priced at $150.
Do you split the six serving Family entrées?
Yes! We automatically split all six serving pan or bagged entrées into two pans or bags of three servings.
May I double up on a certain entrée?
Yes. You may double up on some entrées while passing on others...we seek to maximize your choices!
Will you customize entrées by adding spices and other ingredients to cater to my family's taste?
Because we mass-hand-assemble entrées, which creates cost savings for all customers, we do not customize entrées.
How do I transport my food home?
All Pick-Ups come packaged in one or two large grocery bags. Some people also choose to bring a large cooler or laundry basket to transfer the meals immediately to your home freezer or refrigerator.
How often does the menu change?
We have two menus which change monthly. The menus change the first of every month. Items on the Family/Regular Menu differ from the Lite Menu.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Check, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Cash and Checks are always preferred!
Must I own a deepfreeze?
Having a deepfreeze is most helpful when you purchase the Family Menu of 12 entrées that feed six each (72 servings); otherwise the size of the typical freezer located above a refrigerator is large enough to fit only Dinner’s at 6 Regular Menu entrées. Lite entrées take up much less space.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your order, please contact Dinner's at 6 by email (email@example.com) or by phone (918-249-9102). To receive a full refund, contact Dinner's at 6 no less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up. We order fresh ingredients for your meals and therefore they cannot be returned on short notice. Reschedule/cancellation changes made with less than 48 hours advance notice from the scheduled pick up time may be subject to a 25% restocking fee (upon owner's discretion).
Dinner's at 6 is committed to supplying the highest quality products and service to our customers. If for any reason, our meals do not meet with your satisfaction, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement meal or if necessary, a full refund. All refunds will be issued no more than 30 days following initial contact with Dinner's at 6.
